Kiss My Apps is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and scale our high-growth company. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop sourcing strategies, and help build strong teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Manage the full vacancy process from briefing call to final candidate selection and offer presentation.
Develop sourcing strategies for vacancies of various grades and directions.
Conduct interviews including intro calls, video interviews, and competency-based interviews.
Collaborate with the hiring team to make the hiring process transparent and understandable.
Form a great candidate experience through quality communication.
Use a data-driven approach by tracking vacancy metrics and implementing changes based on data.
Monitor market trends and implement great initiatives, with opportunities to collaborate with PR and HR teams.

What We're Looking For

Recruitment experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a product company.
Experience closing both technical and non-technical vacancies (marketing, product, back office).
Ability to conduct interviews using different methodologies and provide quality feedback.
Good sourcing skills for proactive search on complex vacancies.
Understanding of analytical indicators in recruitment and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
Proactivity, critical thinking, systematic communication, and a sense of humor.
English knowledge not lower than Intermediate.
