Kiss My Apps is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and scale our high-growth company. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, develop sourcing strategies, and help build strong teams in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full vacancy process from briefing call to final candidate selection and offer presentation.
- Develop sourcing strategies for vacancies of various grades and directions.
- Conduct interviews including intro calls, video interviews, and competency-based interviews.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to make the hiring process transparent and understandable.
- Form a great candidate experience through quality communication.
- Use a data-driven approach by tracking vacancy metrics and implementing changes based on data.
- Monitor market trends and implement great initiatives, with opportunities to collaborate with PR and HR teams.
What We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience of at least 2 years, preferably in a product company.
- Experience closing both technical and non-technical vacancies (marketing, product, back office).
- Ability to conduct interviews using different methodologies and provide quality feedback.
- Good sourcing skills for proactive search on complex vacancies.
- Understanding of analytical indicators in recruitment and ability to draw conclusions based on data.
- Proactivity, critical thinking, systematic communication, and a sense of humor.
- English knowledge not lower than Intermediate.
