This role is responsible for overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent needs to onboarding skilled professionals who embody excellence in service. You'll collaborate closely with leadership teams to understand staffing requirements and translate them into effective hiring strategies that support long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement across global roles.
- Use Workday ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms to identify and engage qualified professionals.
- Conduct intake sessions with department leaders to define role expectations and align recruitment plans with operational objectives.
- Evaluate applicant qualifications and cultural alignment through structured assessments and interviews.
- Maintain strong communication with hiring teams, providing regular updates on candidate progress and pipeline status.
- Develop proactive sourcing methods to reach passive talent and improve diversity and inclusion in hiring outcomes.
- Ensure a positive experience for all applicants by delivering timely feedback and clear information throughout the hiring journey.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report insights to HR leadership.
Qualifications
Candidates should bring 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. Proficiency with Workday ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike. A self-starter attitude, organizational agility, and a passion for innovative hiring practices are key.
Preference will be given to those with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as prior experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or high-end retail environments.
