At Porch Group, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and delivering top-tier professional and corporate talent for our growing global teams. You will leverage advanced sourcing strategies and market intelligence, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers in both the US and India to build strong, diverse pipelines.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates for a variety of roles across the US and India.
- Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Conduct market mapping, talent pool research, and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans.
- Engage with candidates through creative outreach, networking, and relationship-building, serving as a brand ambassador.
- Track and manage candidate data and sourcing activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with global teams, particularly US-based stakeholders, to support cross-border hiring initiatives.
- Stay current on talent trends, sourcing techniques, and the evolving India talent market.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of degree).
- 3+ years of hands-on sourcing and prospecting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other global sourcing platforms.
- Deep knowledge of US professional and corporate talent pools.
- Experience supporting US-based business teams or working in a global organization.
- Strong research, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations (Eastern Standard Time overlap).
- A quiet workspace and reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
