Talent Acquisition Resourcer – Specialist Recruitment Support
Role Summary
This is a back-office recruitment position delivering sourcing support for exclusive RPO engagements across technical fields including engineering, clean technology, and scientific research. The role operates entirely remotely, with a strategic focus on identifying qualified professionals within the UK, particularly in Bristol and hybrid-work settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and assess candidates for roles in engineering, data science, clean tech, and technical sales.
- Conduct in-depth talent mapping to locate passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and RPS+ to initiate contact with potential candidates.
- Work closely with internal teams to clarify role specifications, hiring timelines, and priority levels.
- Deliver shortlists of qualified applicants, accompanied by clear rationale for each recommendation.
- Support large-scale hiring initiatives, including campaigns targeting up to 30 positions over a 9–12 month window.
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and internal CRM platforms.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in recruitment or talent resourcing, preferably within technical or scientific domains.
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates independently of job boards.
- Direct experience recruiting within the UK market is mandatory.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or RPS+ tools.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or CRM software.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Google Workspace applications is advantageous.

Work Arrangement
