Own the full hiring journey
From initial sourcing to final decision, you’ll manage every stage of recruitment. You'll use Lever to maintain pipeline health, build automated workflows, and generate actionable reports that improve future searches. Your work will treat the ATS not just as a tool, but as a living system that evolves with our growth.
Lead with data and technology
You’ll actively integrate AI into sourcing, screening, and outreach—judging each tool by its real impact, not hype. Your recommendations will separate meaningful efficiency from noise, helping teams adopt smarter practices. You'll track time-to-hire, conversion rates, source quality, and candidate feedback to continuously refine strategy.
Champion quality and fairness
You’ll coach hiring managers on structured interviews, calibrate evaluation scorecards, and flag process gaps early. Every hire must stand on merit, assessed against clear standards. You’ll initiate improvements—not just identify problems—and ensure decisions are defensible, not rushed.
Who you are
- 5+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in high-growth tech or fintech environments
- Proven track record hiring engineers, product managers, and commercial roles
- Deep experience with ATS platforms, especially Lever, and a product-minded approach to system optimization
- Skilled in using AI tools thoughtfully, with the ability to explain what works and why
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Someone who thinks critically about candidate experience and can articulate a clear philosophy behind it
Experience with other modern ATS platforms or additional European languages is a plus. You'll work locally within Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, or Spain, in an environment that values bold thinking, rapid execution, and continuous learning.
