Current Openings is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract opportunity. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role is a key and experienced member of the People & Culture Team, charged with developing compelling sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a fast-paced environment.
- Act as an internal advisor for best practices, developing out-of-the-box recruiting strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers.
- Define and build effective recruiting and screening processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Build diverse talent pools and drive social media engagement to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Ensure the highest standard of candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
- Foster strong relationships with both hiring managers and high-caliber talent.
- Participate in various industry events to proactively attract talent.
- Negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience recruiting, specifically within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to recruit top talent at all levels ranging from leadership to entry level roles, including engineering talent.
- Proven social recruitment skills, including talent pipeline building and fostering strong professional relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills: listening, written, and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and proven relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented—takes ownership for the accuracy and completeness of tasks.
- Comfort and ability to thrive in a high-change, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively balance a varied workload, deal with conflicting priorities, and demonstrate flexibility where required.
Team & Environment
This role is a member of the People & Culture Team and reports directly to the Chief People Officer.
