Rogo is looking for a Talent Acquisition | GTM Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for all go-to-market roles. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers while building a talent pipeline to support our ambitious mission: making people smarter and more creative by building AI thought partners for financial services.
What You'll Do
- Own the GTM talent pipeline: Drive the full-cycle recruiting process for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success).
- Hunt for elite talent: Proactively source, identify, and engage the top 1% of GTM professionals through targeted outreach.
- Run a rigorous, high-signal process: Design and execute a disciplined interview cycle that assesses candidate skill, drive, and alignment.
- Close pivotal hires: Quarterback the entire candidate lifecycle from initial screen to offer, managing complex negotiations.
- Be the face of Rogo: Represent our brand and ambition in the market as the first point of contact for future leaders.
- Manage external partners as extensions of our team: Hold recruiting agencies to our exacting standards and negotiate aggressive terms.
- Use data to build a recruiting machine: Implement and analyze recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency.
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience: Ensure every interaction is professional, transparent, and reflective of our high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing top GTM talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing hiring decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
