- Evaluate job descriptions for clarity and inclusivity
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks
- Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs
- Provide insights on talent availability and competitive landscape
- Streamline recruitment workflows for efficiency
- Onboard new hires with clear communication and documentation
