About the Role

This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment within go-to-market teams, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates while improving hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for sales, marketing, and customer success roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Conduct candidate interviews and manage assessment processes
  • Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring journey
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
  • Use data to track and improve recruitment metrics
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Evaluate job descriptions for clarity and inclusivity
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
  • Stay current on market trends and compensation benchmarks
  • Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs
  • Provide insights on talent availability and competitive landscape
  • Streamline recruitment workflows for efficiency
  • Onboard new hires with clear communication and documentation
  • Manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve the hiring process
  • Use sourcing tools and platforms effectively
