BJAK is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to own the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and evaluating top talent to support our growth across Southeast Asia. In this mission-driven role, you’ll help build the team that shapes the future of financial access in the region.
What You'll Do
- Review CVs, profiles, and portfolios to identify high-potential candidates aligned with our culture and values.
- Source actively and creatively using job boards, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and events.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, screening criteria, and interview plans.
- Conduct insightful phone screens and first-stage interviews.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates and honest communication.
- Track and optimize hiring pipelines using modern tools and structured processes.
- Stay on top of hiring trends, market movements, and competitor benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or tech/startup environment. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across various functions and seniority levels.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working in a flat, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment.
- A problem-solving mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a sense of ownership.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for tech, AI, or digital product roles.
- Exposure to international recruitment and/or regional hiring across ASEAN.
- Familiarity with behavioral and situational interviewing techniques.
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
- Understanding of startup/scale-up hiring challenges.
