Atlan is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be the operational anchor of our recruiting team across Product, Engineering, and Design. You will drive structure, rigor, and velocity across hiring workflows from candidate communications to reporting, acting as the glue that keeps the team aligned and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do
- Own candidate communications and ensure a smooth journey across global time zones.
- Proactively track progress, follow up on gaps, and maintain a zero dropped-ball process.
- Partner with recruiters to finalize JDs, create rubrics, design interview loops, and prepare interviewers.
- Keep our ATS data clean, run weekly reporting, and highlight blockers and insights for recruiters and leadership.
- Own weekly TA syncs: agendas, action items, and follow-through to keep the team focused and accountable.
- Partner with HRBPs, TA Ops, and Finance to align on hiring data, compliance, and governance.
- Document processes and templatize what works.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in TA coordination, recruiting ops, or hiring programs (open to 4 years if exceptionally strong).
- Hands-on with a modern ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Fluent with tools like Slack, Notion, GCal/Outlook, Asana.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for speed and quality.
- Experience with global scheduling (India ↔ North America/Europe).
- Detail-obsessed, proactive, and treat candidate experience as personal accountability.
- Thrive in async, high-ownership, fast-moving environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting offer governance, light sourcing, or surge hiring operations.
Team & Environment
You'll join a lean, high-trust, high-ownership TA team.
