About the Role

Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment assignments while working remotely with flexible scheduling. You'll identify and engage qualified professionals in the Financial Services sector, supporting placements across the Caribbean and Bermuda regions. Your focus will be on building trusted relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring journey from initial contact through to placement.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from assignment intake to successful placement
  • Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals in accounting, audit, insurance, and related fields
  • Conduct candidate screenings, refine application materials, and coordinate client interviews
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System and CRM database
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, managing expectations and delivering consistent updates
  • Support business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in permanent recruitment within an agency setting, with a strong track record of delivery
  • Commitment to dedicate 15–20 hours weekly to recruitment activities
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and confident presence
  • Self-organized and capable of engaging effectively with professionals at all levels
  • Access to a personal laptop or desktop (PC or Mac) with Microsoft Office installed
  • Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or familiarity with the Financial Services industry, including roles in actuarial, accounting, or insurance
  • Experience working independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Interest in expanding into emerging markets with strategic growth potential
