As a self-employed Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment assignments while working remotely with full flexibility in setting your schedule. This commission-based position offers strong earning potential and access to warm leads, minimizing cold outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Lead recruitment processes from initial briefing to successful placement
- Build and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and clients
- Screen applicants, refine resumes, and coordinate client interviews
- Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System and CRM database
- Support business growth by maintaining consistent client engagement
- Deliver reliable, high-quality service that reflects a professional standard
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in permanent recruitment within a professional services agency
- Ability to dedicate 15–20 hours per week to recruitment activities
- Strong written communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Self-motivation and experience working independently and efficiently
- Access to a laptop or desktop with Microsoft Office installed
- Organized approach with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior exposure to Financial Services—such as accounting, auditing, insurance, or actuarial sectors—will be prioritized.
Tools & Technology
You’ll work with cloud-based recruitment platforms, an integrated CRM, and Microsoft Office to streamline operations and enhance candidate and client engagement.
Compensation & Support
Earn up to 40% commission on revenue from placements, with monthly earnings ranging from US$6,000 to $10,000 per successful hire. Additional bonuses are available based on business development results. You’ll receive mentoring, full back-office support, and access to a modern, fully integrated website to promote your work—all without the overhead of managing infrastructure.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote, self-employed role open to candidates in the Caribbean, Bermuda, or any remote location. You’ll set your own hours but must remain responsive outside standard business hours due to international operations.
