What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from assignment intake to successful placement
- Build and maintain a strong network of qualified professionals in accounting, audit, insurance, and related fields
- Conduct candidate screenings, refine application materials, and coordinate client interviews
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System and CRM database
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, managing expectations and delivering consistent updates
- Support business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in permanent recruitment within an agency setting, with a strong track record of delivery
- Commitment to dedicate 15–20 hours weekly to recruitment activities
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polished and confident presence
- Self-organized and capable of engaging effectively with professionals at all levels
- Access to a personal laptop or desktop (PC or Mac) with Microsoft Office installed
- Demonstrated initiative and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
