Cyber Advisors is hiring a Systems Engineer to join our team in a full-time hybrid role. You will play a key part in providing primarily on-site and remote support to our clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and securely. We are looking for someone dedicated to proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
- Provide primarily on-site and remote support to our clients.
- Proactively anticipate, pre-empt, diagnose, and solve hardware, network, and software problems.
- Perform regular system updates and patch management to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of each customer's specific business environment.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
Nice to Have
- MSP experience preferred.
- Certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, FortiNet FCP or similar.
