Transgrid is looking for a Systems Engineer to take ownership of our modern workplace systems, ensuring they meet industry best practice and service level expectations. You will be key in provisioning and managing secure, optimized end‑user computing environments to support our critical infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Deploy, manage and continuously improve modern workplace systems.
- Configure and support Microsoft 365 technologies such as Intune, SCCM, Teams, Entra, Office and OneDrive for Business.
- Take ownership of provisioning and managing both physical and virtual end‑user computing environments.
- Maintain a secure and optimised Standard Operating Environment aligned with application and performance needs.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in Modern Workplace, EUC or M365 engineering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.
- PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration management.
- Solid understanding of identity, security, networking and virtualisation principles.
- Experience working within ITIL environments.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, approachable and able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow experience.
