DEX Imaging is hiring a Systems Engineer I for a hands-on, field-based technical role in Houston, Texas. You will be the primary point of contact for installing, troubleshooting, and supporting our document imaging systems, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into customer workflows.
What You'll Do
- Install and configure document imaging equipment, including copiers and printers.
- Connect devices to customer networks and configure necessary settings.
- Set up print drivers and scan-to-email or scan-to-folder functionality.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, printing, and scanning issues.
- Work directly with customers to ensure devices function properly within their daily operations.
- Provide friendly and professional customer support throughout the process.
- Document all work and configurations in the service system.
