Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Systems Analyst III - RCM. In this role, you will support healthcare operations by analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions within revenue cycle management systems. You will enhance system functionality, ensure project timelines are met, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IT support that impacts patient care.
What You'll Do
- Conduct feasibility analyses, estimate resources, and plan, design, develop, and implement automated systems related to revenue cycle management.
- Define training needs and assist in delivering training for automated systems users.
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve system functionality and performance.
- Manage department projects and small system implementations with oversight of schedules, resources, and documentation.
- Track information system resources, monitor project timelines, and document performance outcomes.
- Develop work products including operational documentation, business objectives, and technology capability plans.
- Maintain project task plans and communications to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 years of experience in IT applications development or support; OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- ITIL Foundations Certification required within six months of hire.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree.
- EPIC Badge or proficiency.
- Certifications such as Microsoft or CompTIA.
