Inetum is hiring a Systems Administrator to ensure the operational maintenance and evolution of IT infrastructures within the Strasbourg region. You will join a human-sized, dynamic, and service-oriented team, enjoying a high level of autonomy and working on varied projects.
What You'll Do
- Manage, administer, and optimize Linux (Debian, RedHat, Ubuntu…) and Windows Server environments.
- Ensure operational maintenance, performance monitoring, supervision, and monitoring.
- Handle level 2/3 incidents and requests.
- Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
- Participate in managing and hardening virtualized infrastructures (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
- Oversee backup and restoration processes (Veeam, Bacula…).
- Take part in security actions, patch management, and updates.
- Contribute to audits and continuous improvement of best practices.
- Participate in evolution or migration projects: version upgrades, infrastructure redesign, hybrid cloud, automation.
- Contribute to technical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Strong knowledge in virtualization, networking, storage, and monitoring.
- Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or automation tools (Ansible, Terraform…).
- Knowledge of one or more backup tools.
- Rigor, autonomy, and teamwork.
- Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex incidents.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 in computer science, or equivalent experience.
- First successful experience in systems administration.
Nice to Have
- A relevant certification (Linux+, RHCSA, MCSA, ITIL…) would be a plus.
