CONCEPT SOLUTIONS LLC is looking for a Systems Administrator to provide critical IT infrastructure support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). You will install, configure, and maintain a wide range of systems and services, ensuring operational stability and security.
What You'll Do
- Provide Systems Administration support for virtualization platforms such as VMware
- Run reports and perform health checks using scripting technologies like PowerShell and Python
- Provide technical support by responding to on-call alerts, helpdesk tickets, and customer engagements
- Perform administrative duties involving backup platforms
- Support network hardware/software, including vulnerability, service pack, and security bulletin management
- Support Security Compliance and Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM) activities
- Provision servers and services using the Terraform and Ansible toolchain
- Support monitoring resources across cloud domains in Azure and AWS
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, or a related IT field (engineering, math, and science degrees considered acceptable)
- Five (5) years of relevant systems administration experience
Technical Stack

- Operating Systems: Linux RedHat, Microsoft Windows
Team & Environment
You will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle.
