CommonSpirit Health is looking for a System Director, Real Estate Project Delivery to transform, build, and lead a regional healthcare project management program. This role is centered on developing a more just, equitable, and innovative healthcare delivery system, inspired by faith and powered by humankindness.
What You'll Do
- Transform, build, and lead an industry-leading regional healthcare project management program.
- Develop critical functions of capital management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, provider networks, tailored project delivery, operationalization, and risk management.
- Align resources across assigned Region(s) to manage the capital program from design through project activation, meeting business plan requirements.
- Develop Region-specific staffing programs and a sustainable staffing model, including growth from within and strategic recruitment.
- Lead the transformation of the workforce and project delivery by introducing processes, tools, and technology for efficiency, transparency, and risk reduction.
- Partner to develop the Regional real estate and project management data cube to enable strategic decision-making and support data transparency platforms.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, business or related background.
- 10+ years of increasingly significant leadership and management responsibilities in facilities and/or project management, or real estate administration with a primary healthcare focus.
Nice to Have
- Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in construction management, real estate or architecture.
Team & Environment
You will partner with key verticals within National Real Estate Services (NRES) and stakeholders in the assigned Region(s), Market and National Business Unit.
