HelloKindred is hiring a System Configuration Specialist to play a key technical role in our technology consultancy. You will support post-implementation system configuration, optimization, and support across client delivery projects, ensuring the systems that underpin client success are built and maintained effectively.
What You'll Do
- Configure and optimize client systems by setting up and maintaining fields, workflows, automations, and data structures across platforms like HubSpot, using the organisation's best-practice templates.
- Build and sync forms using tools such as HubSpot or JotForm and ensure accurate, seamless data flow across connected systems.
- Provide post-implementation support and quality control by triaging and resolving support requests, performing checks on live systems, and ensuring configurations align with documented standards.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues, manage support tickets, and liaise with platform support teams where required.
- Document processes and configurations by maintaining clear, accurate records of system setups, changes, and improvements to support consistency and scale.
- Collaborate with the delivery team by supporting colleagues, sharing learnings, and contributing to smooth, high-quality client delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience in a digital, technical, or system-driven environment.
- A strong analytical foundation through studies or early-career experience in fields such as data science, information systems, engineering, statistics, or analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
- Logical, methodical problem-solving ability.
- Confidence working with digital tools and technical concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience configuring platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Zoho, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial but not required.
