constellr is hiring a SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (WINDOWS) to join an established operations team. We combine German precision, Japanese work ethics, and Lithuanian talent, focusing on digital transformation and employee empowerment. You will review, optimize, and partially automate existing processes to ensure long-term stability, scalability, and reduced operational load.
What You'll Do
- Provide support for Windows Server environments running business-critical output applications.
- Analyze existing operational processes and proactively optimize and automate them where feasible.
- Support deployment, maintenance, patching, and lifecycle management of Windows Servers.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and compliance with security standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 6 years of professional IT experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments in production (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting).
- Experience working in enterprise-scale infrastructures.
- Structured, process-driven mindset with the ability to improve and standardize operations.
- Knowledge in IT security.
- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell).
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in consulting, managed services, or enterprise support environments.
- Experience with monitoring, backup, virtualization, or ITIL-based environments.
