TensorOps is looking for a System Administrator I to join our team. In this remote role, you will provide essential IT support to our clients, handling a wide range of tasks from system updates to complex troubleshooting. You will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of IT service and ensuring client operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Resolve workstation operating system and printer issues of any kind.
- Resolve issues with standard business applications (e.g., MS Office) and line-of-business applications like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks.
- Resolve server issues and basic to intermediate networking problems.
- Act as an escalation point for other technicians.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
- Hands-on experience with Server 2016 through 2025, VMWare, Hyper V, M365, and Azure.
- Basic knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, network architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in supporting MS Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, and mobile devices.
- A home office setup meeting specific computer, internet, audio, mobile, webcam, and monitor requirements.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Able to work full time 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday to Friday.
- Able to pass online behavior and cognitive assessments and provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Active Server Certifications.
- At least two of the following: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
