Vio.com is looking for a System Administrator to join its IT & Cybersecurity team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our computer systems run smoothly and securely, enabling employees with the right hardware and access. A major focus will be automating repetitive tasks to improve processes and free up time for strategic work.

What You'll Do

Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software.
Manage Single Sign-On, MDM, antivirus tools, and Zero Trust solutions.
Work with the cybersecurity engineer to implement security protocols and procedures to prevent threats.
Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance, improve our security posture, and renew company certifications like PCI-DSS.
Document and develop processes and policies.
Work on automation to reduce toil from repetitive and manual processes.
Execute on-boarding and off-boarding of internal and external employees.
Help build the team roadmap.
Work on deployment of new applications and support other teams.
Address requests to improve the office, identify opportunities, and accept feedback.

What We're Looking For

A BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 2+ years of commercial experience.
Proven experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
Knowledge in Remote device management (MDM) such as Hexnode, Jamf, or JumpCloud.
Basic knowledge in cloud computing (AWS preferred).
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and interest to develop skills in this field.
Knowledge of Single Sign-On, LDAP, or other directory management access systems.
A sense of pragmatism, balancing technical excellence with delivering company value.
A growth mindset and 'can-do' attitude, willing to improve knowledge and take on responsibilities.
