Vio.com is looking for a System Administrator to join its IT & Cybersecurity team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our computer systems run smoothly and securely, enabling employees with the right hardware and access. A major focus will be automating repetitive tasks to improve processes and free up time for strategic work.
What You'll Do
- Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software.
- Manage Single Sign-On, MDM, antivirus tools, and Zero Trust solutions.
- Work with the cybersecurity engineer to implement security protocols and procedures to prevent threats.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance, improve our security posture, and renew company certifications like PCI-DSS.
- Document and develop processes and policies.
- Work on automation to reduce toil from repetitive and manual processes.
- Execute on-boarding and off-boarding of internal and external employees.
- Help build the team roadmap.
- Work on deployment of new applications and support other teams.
- Address requests to improve the office, identify opportunities, and accept feedback.
What We're Looking For
- A BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 2+ years of commercial experience.
- Proven experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
- Knowledge in Remote device management (MDM) such as Hexnode, Jamf, or JumpCloud.
- Basic knowledge in cloud computing (AWS preferred).
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and interest to develop skills in this field.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On, LDAP, or other directory management access systems.
- A sense of pragmatism, balancing technical excellence with delivering company value.
- A growth mindset and 'can-do' attitude, willing to improve knowledge and take on responsibilities.
