What You'll Do

Provide advanced system administration support and configuration for MeridianLink's platform.
Consult with clients to understand their business needs and implement optimal technical solutions.
Analyze system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and execute improvements.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as an escalation point.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Proven experience in a senior system administration or technical consultant role.
Strong ability to analyze complex technical problems and design effective solutions.
Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills.
