Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Swedish Speaking Mobile Support Specialist to deliver professional technical support for Swedish-speaking customers. In this remote role, you will address inquiries and resolve technical challenges related to mobile devices, applications, and connectivity.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional support to Swedish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device configurations.
- Guide customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices with tailored solutions.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the customer relationship management system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and improve support processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and confirm satisfaction.
- Remain informed about the latest trends in mobile technology.
What We're Looking For
