Next Job Abroad is looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide dedicated support to players for an iGaming company based in Malta. You will become an expert in sportsbook and casino operations, solving customer issues fully and contributing to service improvements.
What You'll Do
- Help customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Solve cases fully—not just forward them.
- Approve withdrawals and handle KYC processes.
- Run daily security checks.
- Spot trends and share insights to improve processes.
- Work closely with other internal teams.
- Reach your KPIs and contribute to a strong team atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in the Swedish language.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Malta.
