Treatwell is looking for a Field Sales professional based in Napoli to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, building solid and lasting partnerships with salons.
What You'll Do
- Develop business through outbound activities in the assigned territory with the goal of setting as many appointments as possible.
- Plan and manage in-person meetings with Salons in the area to present Treatwell and its SaaS management software.
- Identify potential clients through market mapping of the assigned territory.
- Manage negotiations related to commercial terms.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong commercial aptitude and a strong results orientation.
- Possess a driver's license and car and are available for daily travel within the assigned territory (Naples and surrounding areas).
- Familiarity with the use of main computer tools.

Work Mode
This is a local-city role based in Napoli, requiring daily travel within the assigned territory.
