Next Job Abroad is looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Service professional with sales experience to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for Danish-speaking banking clients, handling inquiries and using your sales expertise to identify needs and recommend personalized financial solutions.
What You'll Do
- Be the friendly voice that answers customer inquiries about banking services and products in both Danish and English.
- Utilize sales experience to identify customer needs and recommend personalized financial solutions.
- Guide clients through account openings, transactions, and general banking logistics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed set targets.
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and ensure timely solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the database and maintain high standards of service.
- Stay informed about products and industry regulations to be the best resource for clients.
