SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding customer support for technology clients. This fully remote role involves building strong customer relationships and collaborating with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Estonian communication skills (at least C1 level for both spoken and written).
- English at B2 level.
- Experience in customer support for at least 6 months.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).

- Experience with CRM systems.
