Next Job Abroad is looking for an Italian Customer Client Support specialist to join our team. You will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring an outstanding user experience while building genuine connections. This role includes a fully paid relocation to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in navigating our services and products.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or trends to management for resolution.
- Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Native or professional proficiency in Italian.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support role.
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Experience using a CRM system to track customer interactions.
- Readiness to relocate to Greece.
