In this role, you will manage maintenance, collection, and liquidation tasks for assigned account portfolios. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing payment histories, and communicating account statuses. Our operational hours are Monday-Friday, 7AM-7PM CST (weekends excluded)
