Watershed, a mission-oriented startup, is hiring a Sustainability Platform Specialist to help bring our platform to more companies. In this role, you will run tailored demos and proof-of-concept experiences to showcase Watershed’s capabilities to prospective customers. You’ll work alongside Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in a collaborative, high-tempo environment.
What You'll Do
- Become an expert on the Watershed product and sustainability data to demonstrate its differentiators.
- Partner with sales and customer stakeholders to define crisp POC success criteria and keep projects tightly scoped.
- Lead frequent customer working sessions throughout demos and POCs, troubleshoot in real time, and translate questions into clear product workflows.
- Prepare demo and POC environments by cleaning, transforming, and uploading business activity data as needed.
- Build repeatable demo assets, datasets, and checklists that improve win rate and reduce POC cycle time.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a consulting, solutions, or data analyst role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience working directly with external customers.
- Strength in running a process with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and ambiguity.
- Comfort setting expectations and driving alignment on scope and tradeoffs.
- Experience working with large datasets in Excel (and optionally SQL and AI tools), with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Excitement to join a startup, learn, and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles).

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $126,000 - $140,000
Work Mode
This is a hybrid role requiring office presence 4 days per week. Locations include San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, and Mexico City.
