OM Pharma is looking for a Sustainability Intern to join its team for a 6-month paid internship starting in March or April. Based at our Geneva office, you will play a key role in operationalizing our sustainability strategy and ensuring robust reporting.
What You'll Do
- Implement the corporate sustainability (CSR) action plans and initiatives.
- Write and structure essential CSR documents, including procedures, briefs, internal materials, and EcoVadis deliverables.
- Conduct materiality analysis: collect, organize, and synthesize data.
- Collect, consolidate, and monitor CSR performance indicators from various departments.
- Contribute to the production of the CSR report and the preparation of the EcoVadis assessment, ensuring complete follow-up of deliverables.
- Actively participate in operationalizing assigned sustainability projects.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Sustainable Development/Management, CSR, ESG, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- This internship must be mandatory as part of your academic program and require a formal internship agreement.
- Fluent in French and highly proficient in English.
- Proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Nice to Have
- Good understanding of or marked interest in ESG standards and frameworks.
- Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and tracking dashboards.
- Excellent writing skills.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Sustainability Manager, who will provide guidance and support throughout your internship. You will work in a stimulating environment built on trust and collaboration.
