360dialog is hiring a Support Specialist for the LATAM region to provide exceptional customer support and navigate the technical ecosystem around the WhatsApp API. As a fully remote member of our team, you will engage with customers and partners through multiple channels and play a key role in a dynamic, global company.
What You'll Do
- Provide support to customers across tickets, chat, email, and online meetings.
- Liaise with our L2 team to find and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot our API and solve technical problems.
- Support partners and clients in navigating the WhatsApp API ecosystem.
- Communicate directly with Meta representatives.
- Work in close collaboration with the LATAM Sales and Account Management Teams.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years in support, technical support, or a related role.
- Interest in moving into a more challenging support position.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs & Webhooks.
- Solid understanding of technical fundamentals and popular support tools (Slack, Atlassian JIRA, Google Workspace, Intercom or similar).
- Language skills: English (fluent/C1) and Spanish (fluent/C1).
- Strong customer focus and enjoyment of engaging with and helping customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (ability to listen, question, clarify, empathize, understand context, and use appropriate tone).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Meta Graph API.
- Programming skills (SQL, JavaScript, Python, React).
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana).
- People management experience.
- Additional language proficiency.
