Deltek is hiring a Senior Support Services Analyst to provide expert-level troubleshooting and support to clients using our ComputerEase solution. You will leverage advanced accounting knowledge and collaborate across teams to resolve complex client issues effectively.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level support to clients using ComputerEase, addressing complex issues.
- Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to assist clients with their inquiries and troubleshooting needs.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, product managers, and senior staff to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document all client interactions and solutions in our case tracking system.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest features and best practices of ComputerEase.
- Mentor and assist junior analysts with inquiries and case resolutions.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance support efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in a support role, preferably with ERP solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

- Experience in one of Deltek’s Professional Services ERP solutions (Ajera, ComputerEase, Vantagepoint, Vision).
