Rentokil Initial is looking for a Support Services Administrator to deliver world-class customer service and support for our commercial and residential customers. You will be the critical link supporting our Branch Managers, Technicians, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved across all operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform data entry for new contracts, job sales, and product sales into our CRM software
- Upload and file copies of contracts for new customers
- Maintain customer accounts, including contact updates, billing changes, and PO management
- Handle daily and consolidated month-end invoicing
- Process and apply credit memos as required
- Ensure accuracy in the invoice process, verifying all relevant data
- Upload invoices into customer third-party portals
- Follow month-end procedures and meet all deadlines
- Create Excel reports for customers with special requests
- Process credit card payments
- Create device maps as required
- Compile and review sales sheets for service completion and accuracy
- Assist the accounts receivable team in resolving customer disputes
- Monitor weekly uncommitted/state of service reports with Branch Managers
- Assist Sales Reps and Operations by looking up customer information in the CRM
- Track business and technician licenses for expiry and renewal
- Assemble customer logbooks (info binders) as required
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced professional environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendars)
- Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems
- Excellent proof-reading abilities
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can prioritize work without direct supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with others
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and maintains a professional demeanor
- High School Diploma required
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Vendor Portals
- College Diploma or University Degree in a business, administrative, or accounting field, or equivalent experience

Team & Environment
You will work directly with and support our Branch Managers, Technicians, and other members of the Support Services team, acting as a key resource for both internal and external customers.
