About the Role

Lead and shape a distributed support team responsible for maintaining the integrity and flow of live esports data around the clock. In this role, you’ll oversee operations across regions, ensuring timely responses, high accuracy, and seamless coordination during live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a globally distributed team, aligning performance with operational demands across time zones
  • Develop efficient, scalable workflows that sustain high-quality data delivery under pressure
  • Act as the primary escalation point during critical incidents, guiding resolution with clear communication
  • Foster strong collaboration between support and other operational units to improve service outcomes
  • Champion a team culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Enhance the support experience for external partners through proactive oversight and refinement

  • Availability to work core hours from Sunday to Thursday, 11am–7pm UTC
