Lead the delivery of foundational technology services within a high-performance engineering environment, connecting centralized platform teams with business-facing divisions. You will ensure seamless coordination between Infrastructure, Data, and product units, translating technical roadmaps into stable, compliant, and scalable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery cycles for core platform squads using Agile frameworks and DORA metrics to measure performance and reliability
- Bridge strategic priorities between internal platform teams and external business units, resolving conflicts in roadmap alignment and resource allocation
- Lead incident management processes, including response coordination, post-mortem analysis, and implementation of preventive measures to maintain high service levels
- Ensure deployment practices meet strict regulatory standards through rigorous documentation, audit readiness, and compliance-aligned workflows
- Manage QA engineers and define the automation strategy for foundational systems, improving test coverage and regression resilience
- Drive continuous improvement in testing frameworks, integrating automated regression and end-to-end validation into the delivery pipeline
- Balance long-term technical stability with urgent business needs, turning complex interdependencies into clear, executable plans
What You Bring
- Proven experience in technology delivery within engineering-driven organizations, particularly in Infrastructure, Data, or Platform domains
- Strong command of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with a focus on measurable delivery outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority, influencing cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Experience managing QA professionals and shaping test automation strategies in complex technical environments
- Deep understanding of incident response, SLA/SLO management, and service reliability practices
- Technical degree or equivalent background; familiarity with Rust is a plus
- Must be able to operate during CET hours, with flexibility to support a globally distributed team
