Kinsta is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Customer Department. In this fully remote role, you will be a key technical resource for our customers, helping them resolve issues and optimize their use of our platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries
- Diagnose and resolve complex platform and application issues
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced problems
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base articles
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be located in Lisbon.
