Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows or Android platforms
- Support and service Teams Room panels and Microsoft Surface Hub devices
- Deploy firmware, software, and security updates across cameras, displays, audio systems, and connected peripherals
- Assist in the rollout and migration of end-user hardware including laptops, monitors, docks, and MTR systems
- Engage in technical workshops and design discussions to enhance meeting room services
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and equipment manufacturers
- Develop and keep up-to-date technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base entries
- Address incidents, problems, and change requests following ITIL practices
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the meeting room platform
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in end-user or client engineering and workplace support roles
- Proven experience deploying and migrating hardware in large-scale enterprise settings
- Solid expertise in modern workplace technologies: M365, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot
- Familiarity with Teams Admin Center and Teams Rooms Pro Management tools
- Knowledge of major AV hardware brands including Poly, Logitech, Yealink, Neat, Crestron, Lenovo, and Jabra
- Understanding of audiovisual systems such as cameras, microphones, speakers, displays, and cabling
- Experience using PowerShell for automation and reporting tasks
- Basic networking knowledge covering VLANs, QoS, firewalls, and proxies
- Self-driven, organized, and customer-focused approach to work
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Hold certifications such as MS-700, MD-102, MS-102, or ITIL v4 Foundation
- Background working in multinational, multi-site organizations

Required
