HSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Support Desk Specialist. In this role, you will provide first-tier support for colleagues and patients on all IT-related items via multiple channels. Your focus will be resolving break/fix issues, inquiries, and requests, while also contributing to system optimization, documentation, and clear communication to resolve basic technical support issues. What You'll Do
- Provide first tier IT support via multiple channels for break/fix issues, inquiries, or requests.
- Provide IT system optimization, documentation and communication to resolve basic technical support issues.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Associates degree in Computer Science or related field
- 1 year of customer service, healthcare or information technology
- 1 year of experience with Active Directory, VMWare, Epic and/or ServiceNow

- Compensation: $21.00 - $31.50 per hour
