As a Support and Deployment Engineer, you will play a central role in launching new instances of the OLIVER Marketing Gateway (OMG), ensuring smooth adoption across agencies and client teams. Your responsibilities include leading configuration, system setup, and user training, while serving as the go-to technical resource during and after deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full deployment cycle for new OMG sites, from initial scoping to final handover
- Conduct workshops to map user workflows and gather requirements
- Configure system settings including user roles, permissions, asset structures, and document templates
- Provide direct technical support through Jira, resolving incidents and answering user inquiries
- Develop training materials, help guides, and documentation tailored to different user groups
- Design and execute communication and training plans for each rollout
- Host regular refresher sessions to support ongoing user adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions to long-term support
What We’re Looking For
You bring strong project coordination skills and experience managing backend systems such as Jira, Wrike, or Mavenlink. You’re comfortable guiding stakeholders through technical processes and have a track record of managing client expectations during implementation phases.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with clear, empathetic communication skills
- Proven experience in software configuration and change management
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when configuring systems and documenting processes
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to question assumptions and improve workflows
- Comfort working remotely with a requirement to maintain internet speeds of at least 200mbps
- Familiarity with AI-powered platforms is a plus, along with a genuine interest in emerging technologies
