OLIVER Agency is looking for a Support and Deployment Engineer to lead the deployment of new OLIVER Marketing Gateway (OMG) sites. You will own the configuration, setup, and training process while acting as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting and customer support.
What You'll Do
- Manage user requests and provide support via the Jira Support-desk.
- Serve as the primary contact for new OMG site implementations.
- Map end-to-end user workflows through scoping workshops and requirements gathering.
- Configure OMG sites to meet client requirements, including user setup, group & role configuration, asset types, and dynamic document templates.
- Document setup procedures and create help guides for rollout.
- Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Plan and manage rollout by devising a communication plan, conducting full user training, and creating training documentation.
- Conduct weekly refresher drop-in training sessions.
- Establish brand workspaces on the company's AI platform.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to join calls with clients and internal stakeholders to guide and advise.
- Experience working with and managing the back end of agency systems like Wrike, Mavenlink, Jira.
- Proven experience in managing client expectations.
- Background in project management with experience implementing projects and change management processes.
- Understanding of software configuration principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, proactive approach to managing work and meeting commitments.
- Ability to question and challenge constructively.
- Ability to see the bigger picture and work self-motivated with little supervision.
- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior to mid-levels in a business.
- Discretion with all confidential and personal information.
- Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
- Ability to learn and digest the benefits and features of AI tools.
- Ability to maintain a minimum home internet speed of 200mbps.
