What You'll Do

  • Drive initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and sourcing resilience through data-driven insights.
  • Lead high-impact, multi-region initiatives assessing manufacturing versus centralized sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee delivery of complex projects and ensure integration of new products, systems, or sourcing processes.
  • Ensure alignment across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, and operations.
  • Serve as the central liaison between executive sponsors, global business units, and technical stakeholders.
  • Direct advanced cost and value modeling to assess total cost of ownership and lifecycle performance.
  • Lead governance forums to track program progress, risks, and financial performance against strategic KPIs.
  • Lead forecasting and revenue recognition frameworks to improve accuracy and transparency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
  • Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards to sustain competitive advantage.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years in a Supply Chain Manager role.
  • 5+ years of experience in global supply chain or manufacturing strategy, typically within senior project/program management.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, multi-site projects with significant business and financial impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at the executive level and manage complex stakeholder networks.
  • Strategic mindset with an enterprise perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and risk management.
