QVC Group is hiring a Supply Chain Planning Coordinator to manage the flow of inbound purchase orders from vendors into multiple fulfillment centers. You will act as a trusted knowledge source, tracking purchase order milestones to ensure products are ready for broadcast and customer delivery.
What You'll Do
- Track all purchase orders to ensure they are released, shipped, and loaded into a sellable status in time for product to go on air.
- Work with the Transportation Team to find alternative solutions supporting on-time delivery while maintaining cost and allocation.
- Communicate with On Air Planning Managers and Buyers regarding late product, providing arrival updates or alternative options.
- Reach out to vendors regarding unreleased purchase orders and resolve any issues affecting product delivery.
- Coordinate with Transportation teams to implement re-routes, diverts, or destination changes for in-transit shipments.
- Identify and rectify errors or issues with incorrect EDI information.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- A Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent work experience.
