Marelli is hiring a Supply Chain and Logistics Worker to join our Lighting Logistics team, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. This onsite position at the AL Sosnowiec Plant plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely flow of goods to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Prepare shipments to customers based on orders from the Customer Service Department.
- Print picking lists and all required transport documents.
- Generate communications for customers, including shipment completion confirmations.
- Systemically manage complaint returns from customers and returnable packaging.
- Ensure shipment quality conforms to customer requirements in cooperation with the Quality Department.
- Report issues to Customer Service regarding problems with processing delivery notes.
- Cooperate with GBS regarding shipment invoicing and with customs agencies for shipments outside the EU.
- Handle the re-packing area: verify parts quantitatively and by assortment, perform re-packing per instructions, verify compliance of deliveries from external warehouses, and process returns from production.
- Collaborate with the ICT Department to resolve technical issues.
What We're Looking For
- Education: secondary or vocational.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Valid UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) license and a Category B driving license.
