Bombardier is looking for a Supply Chain Agent to support our New Product Development initiatives. In this role, you will be the primary procurement representative within integrated product teams, managing supplier relationships and contracts for specific commodities throughout the development lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Be responsible for all procurement related activities for specific commodities across various product development phases.
- Represent Procurement with the various integrated product development teams.
- Track changes through the management process up to the point of implementation.
- Lead contractual negotiations with external suppliers resulting from product ranges.
- Ensure suppliers provide correct project tracking and visibility for Procurement and other business unit functions.
- Support the Procurement commodity team in establishing sourcing strategies for development programs and draft commercial agreements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to other agents within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent field.
- Four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations with suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
