Arrow is seeking a Supplier Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for Citrix and other major brands. You will use in-depth knowledge of the IT Enterprise to influence decisions with significant financial impact, creating growth plans and overseeing program execution.

What You'll Do

Build influential relationships with key decision makers at assigned suppliers to grow sales and market share.
Act as a liaison between field selling groups and Corporate to resolve questions regarding products, supply chain, and promotional materials.
Develop supplier relationships to gain competitive advantage and act as a supplier advocate within Arrow.
Work as a resource for the sales team to enable navigation and assist in selling suppliers and technologies to customers.
Identify specific market segments and customers to market suppliers and technologies to grow the sales base.
Work with a team to develop strategies to grow sales and market share and conduct stakeholder management.
Implement ease of doing business initiatives with suppliers, including EDI/RosettaNet transactions and sales tools.
Coordinate and own supplier reviews, including resources needed, the GRPI model, presentation, and analysis.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Experience working in the IT Sales Channel.
Understands the sales process and how end customers buy.
Guides others in resolving complex issues in a specialized area based on existing solutions.
Serves as an expert within your own discipline and as a resource for best practices.
Trains and mentors junior staff.

Nice to Have

Experience in distribution.
Experience working with IT suppliers.
Citrix experience.
