Penn State University is hiring a Part-time Lecturer in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies to teach undergraduate courses in the College of the Liberal Arts. The lecturer will be expected to teach two courses per semester.
What You'll Do
- Teach undergraduate courses in Representing Women and Gender in Literature, Art, and Popular Culture
- Teach undergraduate courses in Global Feminisms
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in a related field, or current enrollment in a PhD program in a relevant field of study
Nice to Have
- Ph.D. degree in the discipline for potential assignment to teach upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses
- Demonstrated commitment to building an inclusive, equitable, and diverse campus community, or ability to describe ways to envision doing so

This role is part of the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies department within The College of the Liberal Arts.
