Imperial Supplies, a Grainger Company, is hiring a Supervisor, Onsite Services to lead a team and oversee all Onsite services for our KeepStock customer managed inventory solution within a specific geography and customer base in southeastern Wisconsin.
What You'll Do
- Coach and lead a team of 5-7 Onsite Representatives and Specialists to maintain customer accounts and organize products efficiently.
- Select, coach, and retain a diverse team, setting an example that embodies Grainger values.
- Manage KeepStock projects within your service geography to improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure proper solutions and resources are deployed effectively to meet customer needs.
- Partner with the sales team, providing KeepStock expertise to help exceed incremental sales growth and ROI expectations.
- Maintain customer relationships and collaborate with sales and branch teams to identify service opportunities.
- Build an internal network as a KeepStock advocate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Consulting collaborators.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of relevant retail, manufacturing, or industrial business experience, ideally with some leadership.
- Understanding of financial and economic concepts to perform P&L tasks.
- Situational leadership experience in a matrixed environment and experience leading others not directly within your span of control.
- Proven experience building and sustaining partnerships and teams.

You will lead a team of 5-7 Onsite Representatives and Specialists responsible for a specific geography and customer set.

- Compensation range: $67,900.00 – $113,200.00 annually.
