ALDO Group is hiring a Supervisor of Inventory Management to oversee, direct, and lead the inventory function for assigned areas of the company footprint. You will be responsible for analyzing material margins, managing inventory processes, leading personnel, and ensuring safety and accuracy across operations.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and research material margins and discrepancies to ensure accurate material reporting for project profitability.
- Develop and implement quarterly count processes and adjust them to ensure complete and accurate inventory level reporting.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, or customer issues.
- Interview, select, and train inventory department personnel as required by location.
- Manage the activities of inventory personnel and yard workers on an ongoing basis.
- Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
- Identify, define, and monitor performance-related KPI metrics and hold department personnel accountable to standards.
- Train new employees in material tracking, documentation, and job-specific operation of equipment.
- Manage shipping instructions and provide routing information to coordinate delivery times and locations.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with obsolete stock issues.
- Communicate with individuals at all levels to achieve compliance with material tracking processes and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proficient word processing, spreadsheet, database, internet, and cloud-based computer skills.
- Ability to apply project management concepts and methodologies.
- General understanding of Business Financial and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to safely operate forklift, telehandler, and skid steer equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record; ability to travel throughout the Company footprint.
- Teamwork and servant leadership approach; complex problem solving and critical thinking.
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively apply technology.
- Meticulously organized, self-motivated, and driven with an openness to change.
- Ability to work independently, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and develop relationships.
- Frequently sit, stand, and/or walk; occasional kneeling, squatting, bending, or twisting.
- Occasional light to moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work in adverse weather conditions.
Nice to Have
- Business Management degree or similar preferred.
- Previous management experience.
- Strong negotiator and consensus builder with proven leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
- Working knowledge of the Google suite of applications strongly preferred.
- Class A or B driver's license preferred.

- Annual salary range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00
