About the Role

Centene Management Company LLC is looking for a Supervisor, Contact Center Operations to guide operational processes, establish targets and best practices, and support staff with day-to-day oversight and resources. You will help ensure service, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of contact center teams by planning, directing, and evaluating team performance.
  • Monitor interactions, workflow, and metrics to ensure adherence to performance, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contact center employees and resolve complex issues.
  • Manage and maintain policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and coaching to direct reports for operational improvement.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback on improvement opportunities and career growth.
  • Collaborate with training teams to develop, review, and approve training materials and programs.
  • Support senior management with onboarding, hiring, and training new employees, promotions, and transfers.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through accomplishments, knowledge, and skills.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $55,100.00 - $99,000.00 per year.
