Movement is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to play a key role in fostering a culture of transformative experiences. You will support leadership in overseeing front desk operations, mentoring the team, and ensuring workflows align with our mission of growth, connection, and integrity.
What You'll Do
- Support business goals by making empowered decisions aligned with company vision and core values.
- Supervise and mentor front desk team members day-to-day, communicating policy changes and events.
- Role-model and drive progress toward targets, including promotion and membership goals.
- Facilitate excellent frontline customer service and act as a role model for all team members.
- Provide periodic training on various front desk operations.
- Manage retail, instruction, or operations-related projects in coordination with directors.
- Uphold accountability for safety and risk management procedures.
- Promote an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and address concerns or incidents.
- Bring feedback and insights from team members and guests to the Gym Director team.
- Teach high-quality fitness classes focusing on strength, flexibility, mobility, and stability.
- Ensure classes are safe, educational, and professional.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable group fitness space.

- Solid computer skills in web-based applications, Word, Excel, and POS applications.
- Problem-solving skills and creative thinking to contribute ideas.
- Availability to regularly work evenings and weekends.
- A nationally recognized Group Exercise certification and/or personal training certification.
- 1+ years of group fitness teaching experience (equivalent of 100+ hours).
Team & Environment
You will support other leadership and report to the Gym Director team.

- Starting pay of $16.50/hour for Supervisor hours.
